Executive Members of the PSSBOE
The newly elected Executive of the Presbyterian Secondary Schools’ Board of Education was installed in May 2017, and has started the tedious task of developing, strategizing, organizing and implementing initiatives that would lead this Board and our Presbyterian church into a new era.
Initiatives include:
These initiatives would form the basis for enhancing the image and effectiveness of the Board and its operations. The Executive with the various representatives elected, stand committed in maintaining and extending the Presbyterian culture and faith within its defined parameters. Our five Secondary schools will benefit tremendously, as we work together in strengthening effective relations and enhancing our service. May God richly bless our committed Board for the duration of the elected term, the dedicated principals and staff members who continue to make us proud with their successes, the Administrative Committees for their continued support and the Presbyterian Church for its continued guidance and prayers, as we continue to strive for excellence.
As part of the Board’s initiatives we take the opportunity to introduce the Executive Members of the newly convened board.
Initiatives include:
- Establishing of a Physical Office Site.
- Launching of the PSSBOEs’ Website/ Facebook page and Email address.
- Convening committees for the development of Policies and a Strategic Plan.
- Implementing various strategies for perpetuating of our faith at our Secondary schools.
- Enhancing the Presbyterian image at our Secondary Schools.
- Designing various documents/instruments for use by the Board and its stakeholders.
- Creation of an efficient system for handling new applicants, vacancies and promotion.
- Developing a data base of Presbyterian Personnel for employment.
These initiatives would form the basis for enhancing the image and effectiveness of the Board and its operations.
